John Seely Brown 's lecture (Learning in The Digital Age)

Learning in digital age by professor John Seely Brown is a wonderful lecture for me because
it helps a lot to widen my perspective about the topic.  I was nervous at first because I do not think I
could really understand the lecture.  However, after I finished watching the video, I am so happy.
Not because I understood everything. It is because I understood something, something important
and so relevant to me.
Then, I decided to watch the video again.  In the process, I paused and write note.
Everything started to get into places, like pieces of puzzles put into places.  How happy I was to be
able to listen to and learning from the thought of a professor as some Oxford students do.
Learning in digital age is so wonderful.
Gone is the worry about digital age ruin the moral value and ethic of our young generation
because this only happen if we do not use technology in the positive way.  There are some other
ways we can get positive impact by using technology in learning and teaching.
Just to mention one of the positive changes in learning is the forming of study group.  Digital
age create platform for scholars to pool their thought, share and contribute their knowledge, bring
about cross fertilization of knowledge. This brings about the changes in attitude and concept toward
live long learning, and also makes group learning a global practice, to students and scholars alike.
Everyone comes into been by interact with others and the world.
